We have a large network of local websites to direct visitors to the Cape Cod Daily Deal, and by delivering such a large quantity of customers to our preferred Merchants, we are able to get you these remarkable deals.

Register at the Cape Cod Daily Deal website with your email address. Then just check your email daily or visit the site. Each Daily Deal offer is only available for a limited amount of time, so you've got to act quickly! If you purchase the Daily Deal or one of our deals found under "More Deals", you will be emailed the morning following your purchase and alerted that your purchased gift card is available on our site for you to print or scan.

Once you've made your purchase, be sure to refer a friend. We will provide a referral code for a purchased Cape Cod Daily Deal and More Deals (not applicable to Split-Second Deals) and create a unique "recommend" link after checkout, making it easy for you to post the link on your Facebook page for your friends. You will be able to redeem the voucher past the expiration date, but once the promotional period is past the voucher will not be worth more than you paid for it. It is still worth the value that you paid for it up to a certain number of years, depending on applicable state law. As of 2013, the Massachusetts gift certificate law requires that the price paid for the deal be treated as a gift certificate and thus must be honored by the merchant for 7 years from the date of purchase (subject to change based on current laws).

Due to the wide range of deal offerings presented by the Cape Cod Daily Deal, we cannot advise our customers on an individual basis whether their vouchers will still be valid past a stated expiration date. Cape Cod Daily Deal informs its merchant partners regarding the guidelines for honoring expired deals. Cape Cod Daily Deal will provide a refund, less a 10% service fee, if you contact us within seven days after you've purchased a Cape Cod Daily Deal voucher. The 10% fee is necessary to offset credit card processing fees, and the labor required to issue refunds. We ask that you please be reasonably certain you will be able to utilize the deal prior to completing your purchase. Beyond the seven day refund window, we will issue a site credit in the amount spent (to be applied toward future Cape Cod Daily Deal purchases) upon request in cases where you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business before the end of the promotional period ONLY.

For Massachusetts transactions, sales (meals) tax shall be calculated and remitted by the Merchant based on the amount paid by the customer after application of any valid, unexpired promotional discount.

If a voucher is expired or otherwise does not provide a discount, the voucher shall be treated as cash or store credit, and sales tax shall be calculated on the full menu price of the goods or services provided, including any amount satisfied by the expired voucher.
