Additionally, I understand that each transaction or purchase of a deal through Cape Cod Daily Deal, LLC actually represents a transaction between myself and the participating merchant, and that Cape Cod Daily Deal, LLC is acting solely as a conduit for each transaction, between the purchaser and the participating merchant.

In the event that my voucher goes unused through the promotional period, I understand that the amount that I spent is still valid toward a purchase with the merchant. In the event that a merchant should close or go out of business after the promotional period of the deal has ended, I agree to pursue reimbursement only from the participating merchant and to hold Cape Cod Daily Deal, LLC harmless and that I shall not seek credit or reimbursement from Cape Cod Daily Deal, LLC.

I understand that it is my responsibility to confirm the days and hours of operation of each merchant, and that days and hours of operation are subject to change without notice and may not be accurately represented online across all sources. I understand that to benefit from the promotional value, it is my responsibility to redeem the deal in a timely manner prior to expiration date based on merchant availability.
