Cape Cod Daily Deal COVID-19 Response

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the team at Cape Cod Daily Deal, LLC has been working diligently to ensure the safety of our staff while doing our part to support containment of the virus during this crisis. For the immediate future our North Chatham office will be closed to walk-in traffic, and we will be working a combination of in-office and remote shifts. We will still be available by phone and email to answer your questions and address any concerns. We will be continuing to offer great LOCAL deals, and we hope that you will support us as well as our incredible LOCAL merchants through these trying times. Your support of small businesses and local businesses is imperative to maintaining the strength of our local Cape Cod economy, especially in times when it is so stressed by closures and reductions in operations.

The safety of our customers and participating merchants is our top priority, and our hearts go out everyone who is affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are taking steps to assist both customers and merchants during the current period of social distancing and self-quarantining that is being mandated on the local, state and federal level. We work as a marketing agent with many types of businesses in many fields, and as such we cannot create universal extensions or after-the-fact policies regarding voucher redemptions. We are reaching out to merchants in order to encourage extensions to redemption periods. On a deal to deal basis, we will notify customers as we are able to extend redemption dates.

Also, we are working with our merchants to gauge the impact to each business. In the event of cancellations, we will have a customer service representative reach out to assist you.
