Cory DeSimone developed his own personal training business in 2020. Cory attended Springfield College and graduated with his Bachelors in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Performance while being a four year collegiate football player.
Since starting his business, Cory has trained thousands of people from all backgrounds, ages and abilities. Cory was introduced to the gym at age fifteen and has over a decade of experience training. Cory’s passion is helping people reach their highest potential through fitness and always giving someone the opportunity to better themselves in all aspects of life, which begins in the gym.
